陆雪莹，女，理学博士，副研究员。2015年获新疆大学生命科学与技术学院动物学专业博士学位。 

从事分子药理学及民族药的研发工作，主要负责民族药抗白癜风、肿瘤等疾病的活性评价。主持及参与中科院西部之光人才培养计划、自治区青年科学基金、自治区重点研发计划等科研项目，参与研制消字号产品1项，发表论文30余篇。
