马依努尔·拜克力，女，中共党员，副研究员。2003年新疆医科大学药学院获理学学士学位，2007年新疆医科大学药学院药物分析专业获医学硕士学位，2013年中国科学院大学有机化学专业获理学博士学位。2009年起就职于中国科学院新疆理化技术研究所。2011年4月~2012年4月美国佐治亚医学院访问学者。

主要研究领域及成就：
主要从事民族药的药效物质基础和生物活性筛选、制剂与药材质量标准研究，及民族药新药开发。

主要荣誉：
新疆维吾尔自治区科学技术进步奖一等奖（2016，5/12）
