    杨琛,女,研究员。2022年博士毕业于阿卜杜拉国王科技大学,2024年7月加入中国科学院新疆理化技术研究所。

主要研究领域及成就:

    入选国家海外高层次青年人才计划,致力于研究高效率、高稳定性的钙钛矿单结太阳能电池和晶硅-钙钛矿叠层太阳能电池;联合光伏企业研究大面积组件工艺的改进和缺陷钝化;结合新疆本地情况探索光伏储能一体化过程中的电解水制氢的问题。在国际著名期刊发表SCI论文三十多篇,论文总引用4000余次。作为团队核心骨干参与多个国家、省部级项目。
