    张惠敏,副研究员,微电子学与固体电子学博士学位,美国University of Washington材料科学与工程系访问学者。主要从事多元热敏、热电氧化物材料的高温固相法及湿化学法制备、陶瓷材料烧结及特性研究、元器件加工;在材料制备方法、性能分析及表征、元器件加工等方面具有一定经验。主持及参与的的项目有:国家自然基金项目、中科院西部之光项目、新疆自治区级项目等。
